9.      Other Characteristics:       

       9.1)BOPP Film;

9.1.1)      No limping will occur because of static electrificationwhile machines are operating. Polypropylene should not require usage of antistaticeliminator.

9.1.2)   Bothfaces of polypropylene film shall have co-extruded characteristic and shallhave sticking characteristic.

9.2)      Polypropylenewill be able to easy cut, and will have been strength against pulling and extension.

9.3)      Polypropylenewill have clear, transparent and bright appearance. No hole, torn, spot andbubble will be on polypropylene.

9.4)      PolypropyleneBobbins should be produced as one part without any cut.

       9.5)        Usage period:

Propylene will have characteristics of being ready to Be used withoutlosing its characteristics under 30°C Storage condition for one year after deliverydate. Awarded bidder will give written contract for every Party.

9.6) Other Sizes:

       9.6.1)     Center Core Inner Diameter Of Bobbins WillBe (76± 1) Mm.

9.6.2)       330 width bobbin’s outer diameter willbe 270 Mm. And Min. Length will be 2200 m.

           9.6.3)        Center Core Wall Thickness of Bobbins Will Be (10mm ±1 Mm).

9.6.4)   bobbins will be in circle shape and shall becoiled hard and regular on coils. Side faces of bobbins will be tidy and homogeny(will not be indented). No secretion will   occur during the operation. A label which includes type, width, weightlength of goods, and name of company will be stuck on the bobbins.

9.6.5)       no creasing, wrinkle, collection and breakwill occur in operation of polypropylene film. Polypropylene film will tightlycomprehend the made packet without occurring any looseness. The sticking placeswill be regular as those sticking places will prevent the cigarette aroma fromgoing out.

9.6.6) there will not beany wrinkle or color change on folding places of polypropylene film.

9.6.7) manufacturer willsubmit approved technical specification document signed by authorized qualityassurance person.
